At your own pace, you can choose to take the steps to grow and strengthen your awareness about what is going on in your life, both around you and within you.

My role as psychotherapist is to listen to you and see you without judgment. We will open a space that is only for you, with understanding, compassion and curiosity to reveal opportunities for self- reflection, awareness and growth. All you have to do is just be yourself.
In the end, therapy is a platform to reflect if those views are aligned with your lifestyle, values, and goals that you want to pursue, and are longing for.
